Is that really their house? Wait. Is that jade? Shit didn’t think she was home. Should i go now or wait i don’t know. what do i do? She’s started smoking in the years? Never thought jade would smoke. Wait that car its going straight to her. “JADE WATCH OUT !!”

“What the fuck NOO…” only the sounds of a car crashing on to a person could be heard. Nikki ran towards jade and tried to reach her when everything went black.

Where am i? what just happened. Wait I am standing here again? Wait where’s jade? Wait she’s coming again. Where is the car? I can see it parked right there. Wait the guy is drunk. No i need to run right now and fast. I can hear the car starting and the driver pressing the gas while I’m running towards jade. I can basically feel the car pressing on me but I just get to jump and push jade and myself out of the way.

“Wow what the fuck dude? wait did you just save me? who the fuck are you” She looked at my face and went pale. “Nikki what the fuck ?”

“well hi jade. Didn’t think our meetup would end up being like this after three years” I got up from her and helped her up. She was almost as shocked as I was. Did I just save my friends life? How did I even know what was going to happen? What the fuck is going on? WHAT HAPPENED? Screw it the main thing is jade is alive and that never happened. I notice her just staring at me like a deer in the head lights. “hi?”

“Dude what the fuck. How did you even notice that? And what are you even doing here? And did you just fucking save my life? What is going on !”

“I can explain just lets go inside first okay ?”

“okay fine. Just follow me okay ?”

We went to her room. It didn’t look like I remembered it there was none of our childish stuff, but its been three years since I left so I understand. “you’ve taking a lot of our stuff down.” I said to her kind of sadly.

“Well you didn’t contact me in three years so I thought it was time to move on” She said back coldly

“I know I fucked up but I’m here now at least I’m sorry I didn’t call or text sooner I feel like shit.”

“look I get it I probably wouldn’t have been in contact either your family moved away to a bigger city you probably got more and better friends there anyway.”

“No jade that’s not the reason I was just stupid. I really did miss you and I’m sorry.” I sighed. “can we talk about something else please how have you been?”

“It has been shit in here. I got kicked out of school after dad and mom divorced it fucking sucks I just miss him. Why couldn’t he stay.”

I saw the tears building up in her eyes I know it happened almost right away when I moved away. That’s one of the reasons why it was so hard to contact her again. I didn’t know how to deal with that and I just pushed her aside. I left my friend when se needed me the most and now I feel like the shittiest person alive again. “Hey I’m sorry for that but I’m here to hang out again. My parents moved back in the city and I’m going to go to school in here maybe the same you are going to? If you are still going to try and get to another school.”

“Nikki I don’t know. I don’t feel like I know anything now. But how did you save me? How did you know the car was going to hit me?”

I really had no explanation for that. “I don’t know really I just kind of had a déjà vu or something like that and I saw the drunk guy getting in the car.”

“that’s fucking crazy Nikki” She looked like she was looking for words for a moment. “Look I’m still really happy that you are back here I’ve missed you too. And all our stuff isn’t gone its just in the attic.”

“Well let’s go check that shit out! Get lost in the memories and forget all this shit.”

“Sounds good to me”
