Popping The Question

It was a few years after Lester/Apollo had defeated the Emperor Nero. Me and Annabeth had officially moved to New Rome. Annabeth had just been promoted to head architect of Olympus. Tonight we were going on a celebratory dinner and I was thinking about popping the question. But I wasn't sure so I iris-messaged Piper. She was still shaken up about the lose of Jason so I made sure to be gentle. Piper agreed that tonight would be perfect. When we arrived at the restaurant we were seated outside, thank the gods we were the only ones seated outside. After dessert I took Annabeth to the near by acropolis and I got down on one knee. '' Annabeth Chase will you do me the honor of being my wife'' she said and I quote ''YES You SEAWEED BRAIN''. She launched herself into my arms and we embraced for what seemed like hours. On the walk home Athena appeared and called me obscenities until Annabeth took her by the arm and told me she'd meet me at home.
