March 21st 1987

0

"RĂndete, Xavier. Me debes." Grayson Delvani spat at the man stood in front of him.

0

(Surrender, Xavier. You owe me.)

0

"No te debo nada. En todo caso, tu padre me debe!" Xavier growled back as his men stood firmly behind him.

0

(I owe you nothing. If anything, your father owes me!)

0

"No serÏa una peña que algo le pasara a esa encantadora hija tuya... Cual es su nombre? Ah, Lucía." He smirked as Xavier gunned to him but was quickly stopped by his men.

0

(Wouldn't it be a shame if something happened to that lovely daughter of yours... Whats her name? Ahh, Lucia.)

0

"Juro que si tocas a mĂ hija, yo-" Xavier cut him off mid sentence with a loud laugh.

0

(I swear if you touch my daughter, I will-)

0

"Entonces es mejor que me traigas mi dinero."

0

(Then you better get me my money.)

0

Xavier smirked and began to walk away to his car. "Te espero en las fronteras mañana a medianoche. Adiós por ahora."

0

(I will be expecting you at the borders at midnight, tomorrow. Goodbye for now.)

0

The men left as did Xavier, who drove home to his wife in a panic. By the time he arrived home, it was late.

0

RosĂĄ heard the door open and rushed into the hallway to see her husband in a frightening shock. "Bebe, que estĂĄ mal?"

0

(Baby, what's wrong?)

0

He ignored his wife's question and ran quietly upstairs into their bedroom. "Bebe, no hagas preguntas y escuchame."

0

(Baby, don't ask questions and listen to me.)

0

He cupped her face gently into his hands as tears built up in his eyes.

0

"Me he puesto en un desastre. No puedo explicar en este momento, pero necesito que recopile tus cosas y llamar a LucĂa. Dile que voy a recogerla ahora mismo."

0

(I have gotten into a mess. I can't explain right now, but I need you to gather your things and call Lucia. Tell her I'm coming to pick her up right now.)

0

Cecilia wanted to ask so many questions. It was nearing midnight and her husband wanted to pack up and go. But she refrained from doing so as she seen the state he was in and began packing everything into suitcases.

0

Halfway through, she picked up the phone and dialled her daughter in a hurry. The first time she didn't answer and RosĂĄ began to panic but luckily she answered the second time.

0

"Mama? Por que llamas tan tarde? EstĂĄ todo bien?"

0

(Mother? Why are you calling so late? Is everything okay?)

0

Lucia sounded croaky as she could barely open her eyes.

0

"Bebe, no puedo explicarte, pero tu padre estĂĄ en camino a buscarte. Teme que estemos en peligro."

0

(Baby, I can't explain but your father is on his way to get you. He fears we are in danger.)

0

Lucia became alert after the words left her mother's mouth.

0

"Peligro? MamĂĄ, a que te refieres?"

0

(Danger? Mother, whatever do you mean?)

0

Lucia sprung up and began pacing in her bedroom, the tiredness quickly drifting away.

0

"No se bebe, pero si tu padre piensa que deberĂamos irnos por peligro, tenemos que irnos. Sus hermanos han sido informados de la situaciĂłn, nos encontrarĂĄn mĂĄs tarde."

0

(I don't know baby, but your father thinks we should leave because of danger, we have to leave. Your brothers have been informed of the situation. They will meet us later.)

0

Lucia simply nodded and continued packing, trying to process the newly found information so late at night.

0

"Ok, déjame empacar algunas cosas y te encontraré abajo con los chicos cuando vengo."

0

(Ok, let me pack a few things and I will meet you downstairs with the boys when I come over.)

0

She heard her footsteps soften and she began packing but before she could get very far, a loud thud came from behind her and she felt hands cover her mouth before she could scream.

0

"Bebe? Que ese sonido estĂĄs bien?"

0

(Baby? What was that sound? Are you okay?)

0

She felt something press into her back as hot air blew onto the back of her neck.

0

"No grites, dile que tropezaste y caĂte."

0

(Don't scream, tell her you tripped and fell.)

0

She became scared as she felt cold metal press against the back of her spine.

0

"Estoy bien mamĂĄ. Me acabo de caer."

0

(I'm okay mama. I just fell over.)

0

He smiled at her cooperation and leaned into her hair to inhale her scent.

0

"Ahora vas a escucharme y dirigtre a la cocina. No dejes que tu madre te escuche y lidere el camino de regreso. ÂżLo entiendes?"

0

(Now you're going to listen to me and make your way to the kitchen. Do not let your mother hear you and lead the way out back. Do you understand?)

0

Feeling scared and unable to response because she felt if she did, the tears would pour, she simply nodded and walked in front of the mistery man downstairs and out the back door.

0

A sudden crash came from the front door and Lucia saw her father trying to bash the door down.

0

"ÂĄpapi!" (Daddy!)

0

Lucia screamed for her father but before he could fully break down the door, her kidnapper already had whisked her out the back door, threw her into the back and sped off before her father could reach her.

0

"¿por qué estås haciendo esto?! ¿que deseas?!" (Why are you doing this?! What do you want from me?!)

0

As he turn round to face her with a chilling smile, the only word that left his mouth left Lucia scared and frightened.

0

"Venganza." (Revenge).
