"First, Chasing Autumn is a great title for this book. You can really sense the love of the season the two starting characters (Scarlet and Ally) have. I love all the little detailed descriptions about the season. For me, it gives it a very immersive feel when reading. This review is mainly feedback for the first chapter, because I think the start of the book is beautiful. Plus I don't want give to much spoilers to new readers. Right away I'm interested in the characters when I start to read. Scarlet has a good heart, and is heading down a good path with her life. But for me, Ally's first appearance in the story is the more memorable. Her life is on display in three seconds. Right away I picture the mom and dad and their reactions. Doing their own thing. Ally answers the door, and boom! We have our bestie on board! Now for 'thee crush'😍 "Aiden Nightblood". Yeeeessssss💞 "Strong and burly" good chocolate hair. Tan and sexy. His description is probably my favorite part. I may have read it a few times. "
