Its okay, needs some work.
"Firstly the characters are a bit hard to keep track of, and the "vampire x werewolf" thing is overrated. Maybe take look at it? Secondly, the plot moves to fast. Near the start I was hooked, a world where you have to choose to die or become cold-hearted? That seems interesting! but whenever you added the werewolves; it became a distraction from the "death or cold-hearted' thing. I'm terribly sorry If I seem rude, or mean at all, I'm not trying to; but it would be nice if you at least slowed the book down a little.
