Life without worries
I wake up from a severe headache. Happens every time after a hangover. I don’t remember the details from last night. I think it was Ben who dragged me home. Or who else would it be? What time is it anyway? I look at the clock. Oh, shit! I am late for class.
Running down the stairs, I heard them talking. "Hey, everyone," I took my seat. "Oh, you finally decided to wake up" Ben said sarcastically. I ignored him and took a glass of water. "You know what, why do you even bother to go to school? You are not interested in anything but partying. Might as well just wait till you save enough money to open a bar." " It’s none of your bussiness whether I go to school or not." "Well, it wouldn't be if I didn’thave to drag you out of a bar almost every other night." "Yes, listen to your brother, Kes" dad interfered. "How do you know that I am Kes? It can be Ben who came home late last night and woke up late for class?" The three of them chuckled. I rolled my eyes. Me and my twin brother Ben are identical. We look exactly the same. Even mom and dad can't tell us apart. Apart from the time they are accusing me or scolding me. Cause I am the irresponsible one. Ben on the other hand is the ideal boy to them. "Well, since it none of my bussiness Kes, I won't ask you but I have a class to attend. I just suggest you might join in." Yeah," I stood up from the table. In my room, I realized that I haven’t done my home work and there is no point in joining the first class. Just in time, Ben said, "Don't worry. I did it for both of us. Can't see you fail." I grinned and took my bag. Life goes without worries if you have a responsible twin brother.
