Ch.1 the new love
One Day in a land called “The Dark Woods”. There is no king or queen, only a princess. The princess’ name is Kat but her full name was Aiyana Night Flower. I am very stubborn but fun sometimes. I don’t like my fox ears so I hide them in my brown hair and I hide my fox tail in my navy jacket. (My eyes change color to match my mood but I didn’t know that yet). I was walking around in the castle when I saw Zane my personal guard.
I saw Willow, my big sister. Willow has a crush on Zane. She blushes
“Oh h-hi Zane” Willow stuttered.
Zane said “Oh hi Willow and Princess Katelyn you are going to get a new guard. His name is Ej. He’s nice.”
“Hi I am Ej, your new personal guard.” he said in a cheerful voice. “Hi I am Katelyn but you can call me Kat.” I said with a smile. “Ok nice to meet you Kat.” Ej said with a cheerful smile. “Zane, are you going to be my sisters guard now?” she said. “Yes I am” Zane said nicely.
EJ and I walked to the wyverns’ cove and Ej got to choose a wyvern. Then Ej and I flew around on the wyverns and flew home to the castle. The wyverns flew themselves home it looked beautiful. then I changed into a pair of ripped up jeans, a light blue top, and my camo jacket. I went downstairs. Ej was out his armor and in a faded red jacket, a gray shirt, and a ripped pair of jeans.
I smiled and said “comfy” I giggled.
Ej said with a smile “yes so movie”
I smiled and said “yes you can choose”.
When we got there EJ choose a scary movie. I got popcorn.
I sat down and he started the movie.
I got scared one time... ok I got scared twice during the movie. I had my head laying on Ej’s shoulder. The movie got really stupid and that’s when I fell asleep. He smiled and picked me up and laid me on my bed. I wake up three hours later. Ej was still sleeping. I got changed into a black dress but I still had my navy jacket on. I wore black sneakers like I always did. I smiled and brushed my brown hair. I walked down stairs then stated to make food bacon, eggs, and waffles. I hear someone walk down the stairs. I smiled when I seen Ej.
Ej said “ Hey princess”.
I put my scarf around my mouth. I blushed underneath my scarf and smiled.
“You don’t have to call me princess”. I told him
Ej giggled and I looked at my phone. Ej sat next to me I looked up on my phone wolf wallpaper.
“Wow you must like wolves” he choked
“Well yeah even though they are mean sometimes” I said
“Well just so you know my little secret i’ll tell you that I’m a wolf,”he said. EJ showed his ears and tail. He looked at me not scared but happy. He tackles me and I smile and say “good Ej”. I see Ej get off me and sit on the couch and I sit next to him. I smile and say “Ej do you care about me”.
I look down thinking he would say no.
Ej says “ yes of course I do”.
Shadow, my little brother, is 13. I am 15, Willow is 16, Zane is 17, and EJ is 15. Ej is one day older than me. Shadow and Willow say “We are going to the mall bye”. Zane and Dante walked behind them, and Dante is 14.
I said “oh ok bye” and I look at Ej. Asleep with his head on my shoulder. I said “Ej are you sleepy” I yawned. He looks at me and said “yes” he yawns.
I said, “you can sleep down here” “I stay down here to” Ej says
So he sleeps on the couch next to me. I lay on the couch behind me.After awhile I woke up and went to my room and changed into my black pjs. Ej changes in the bathroom into red pjs. I fell asleep on the couch near the fireplace upstairs. Ej fell asleep on the couch near the stairs. I woke up and Ej was not on the couch. He must be in the downstairs. I walked to my bedroom and I got changed into a short black prom looking dress and my black sneakers. I walked downstairs and saw my prince Ej. I blushed and walked to the couch and sat next to him.
I asked him “Ej do you like like me” When I did that I hide my face try not to blush.
Ej blushed too then said “yes.” then he asked if I liked him back. “ well yes.” I said giggling.
He got up and walked in the other room.
I followed, he went to my room. I thought, “ why is he in my room” Then I remembered we shared a room. I walked in I automatically when to the closet and grabbed a purple shirt with the shadow symbol on it, one of his hoodies, and a pair of black jeans. I went to the bathroom and took a shower and changed. I walked downstairs hearing him play a video game. I sit on his chair I could see he was annoyed but he let me because he loves me.
He was taking up all the couch so he was fine with it. An hour past. I got bored so I walked up to Ej. I sat next to him and kissed him on the cheek. He got surprised and blushed. He stuterly said “W-w-why did y-y-you k-k-k-kiss my cheek.” I giggled and said “I love you my Prince.”. He smiles and said “me as well my lady”. I blush and say “EJ you don’t have to call me “your lady” you know.” “I know I don’t have to my lady but I would like to if thats ok will you?” Ej said. I shyly say “i-i-i’m o-ok with i-i-it.” Ej giggles and says “love u” while still blushing I say “love u too.” Willow came to the living room. Willow says “hey lovebirds” I looked at her with an evil look but I didn’t know but my eyes turned red. Willow screamed and ran screaming monster. She called me a monster and I didn’t understand. I looked at Ej and say “why is she screaming.” “What is wrong with me?” I said. “Nothing just your eyes turned red.” said EJ. “w-w-what do you mean!?” I say worriedly.” “well why don’t you look in the mirror.” say Ej worriedly. I go and look in the mirror. I say “they are normal color.” “ Wait what do you mean? They were red” Ej says “Ej are you ok? My eye never turned red.” I say worriedly looking at Ej. I was looking at myself and Ej scared me and my eye went white then red and I good. Thing is I was looking in the mirror and I saw my eyes. “Omg my eyes change color.” I say worried but curiously. I thought back I remembered my dad. My dad was part demon but I never knew till I was 10. My mom was part angel and kitsune but I never knew she was an angel till I was 8. My mom trust me more than my dad. My mom was a little crazy but she was beautiful. I love my mom but she was never a good queen.
I hated her and my dad. They used me and hurt me but now they are gone because the assassins . I did love My parents even though what they did to me. I love Ej no matter what he does thing is I think I have met him before.I think he might be one of the assassins that killed my mom and dad. Me and Willow both think he was part of the assassin group that killed our parents. I remember the assassin gave my sister a flower and it was a black flower he said “this flower means death”. Another assassin gave me a pink flower. Me and Willow both think that assassin is Ej. The assassin said “the pink flower means love”. He looked so cute and handsome. They all left me and my sister all alone froze cause we could of got murder like our parents did. I loves Ej with everything in my life. I always thought about the assassin and asked Ej a lot of questions about his past and the meaning of flowers. When he said the pink flower means love I knew Ej was the assassin who gave me the pink flower. I said to my sister “I knew it Ej was the assassin that gave me the pink flower.” Willow says “I wonder who gave me the death flower.” as she is holding the black flower in her hands. I go over to the pink flower it started to glow. I looked at it and smiled and said “I love u to my assassin.” I open the glass cover that was over the pink flower. I picked up the pink flower and smiled secretly thinking about Ej. I put the flower back and covered it with the glass cover and my sister well she made her flower disappear.
2 Hours later.
I finally got to go get my haircut my sis said to do whatever I want because it’s my hair. I decided on a boy haircut buzzed on the sides and the top of my head have my hair dyed blue with the fade. My sister and I went shopping. We got dresses and flower crowns. My sister got high heels and I got sneakers. We went back home/ back to the castle that was guarded there were so many guards. The town and the castle had a giant wall around it. I would always find a way out and explore it was fun, I guess.
The castle looked so pretty my sister thought it looked abandoned but I thought it was perfect. It had vines all over it and trees everywhere I loved it. It looked like it was from a fairy tale. I didn’t even know but Ej was at the front door of the castle. Ej and Zane were wearing fancy black suits. Ej’s tie was messed up so I went up to him and fixed it. I giggled and asked “why are you guys so dressed up?”. All they said was “go get ready someone is going to be coming over”. I looked in Ej’s eyes he didn’t look like himself that is when I knew my dad was back. I wanted to fight my dad when I was little but I was to weak but now I knew I would win. Me and Willow went to my room and got dressed but I put on shorts and a black top with my dad’s name on it. It was stupid so I took it off and put on one of Ej’s shirts. Willow put on jeans and a blue shirt. When my dad came over I said “dad why don’t we talk in private.” I looked at my sis and winked telling her the plan is going to be activated. I walk with my dad outside and tried to give him a hug he accepted I was surprised but I thought “maybe he is a nice guy.” and I stepped back. My sister came over and said in my ear “I think he has changed in a good way.” I walk up to my dad and said “Dad can you leave my guards alone?” to my surprise he did. Ej’s and Zane’s eyes went back to normal. I run over to Ej and give him a hug. I say “I love u Ej.”
I walked to Zane tapped his shoulder saying “Zane u ok?”
He replied with “Yes I am your majesty.” I gave him a hug and said “ Well I am happy that the both of you are ok.”
I walked into the castle with my dad and guards and my sister holding Zane’s hand. I said “aww so cute are you two together.” My Sister stutteringly lies saying with a smiling face “Y...Yes we...are.” I Said “ok love u sis” I looked at Ej and Saw…..
