Class😑
Milly walks slowly to class as she thinks of how her life turned out to be so different once she reached her teenage years. She rarely associates with people and has two close friends Peris and Zippie who have been all there during the changes. She doesn't remember the last time a day passes without her having to worry about a thing or two. What scares her the most is death. She has never lost someone so close to her but she constantly worries about what happens when you are gone. Like do you just sleep in the grave or do you get judged for your actions somewhere in heaven. She has woken up many nights with panic attacks because of this.
Her trail of thoughts are cut off by some of her classmates saying hi. She smiles as she waves back and hurries to school dreading the lessson since it was her worst,Advanced Management Accounting,where everything seemed complex.
The class ends after three hours and she quickly walks to the station to catch a bus. Peris and Zippie are in another class and so she doesn't pass by the hostel where they stay in.
She misses those days when she didn't have to worry about anything in the world where she was really loved and she felt like she belonged. All that changed after Gibson,a guy he had loved when they first met in the first year in their friend's birthday party. She could vividly remember that day and she smiled as she did so.
