Unofficially DPMotU Recognized Paramilitaries, considered "Rogue Organizations", since their existence is illegal, however, they do not cause terrorism, and they help with defense, and had officially cooperated with the DPMotU, and when pairing this with the public opinion that the Rogue Paramilitary Organizations should not be prosecuted unless they commit war crimes, the national government doesn't enforce this law very much.
