Chapter 1
Hey You!
Yea you,
We've got biscuits, and tea too
careful the cats
they really like hats
that I've kept away
for when you're ready to stay
Then there's Tim
Naughty boy him
galloping about
like he owns the damn house!
I've cleared some space
on the lawn for a race
I've heard you were a runner
surely this will make it funner
there's music of course
for your once romantic soul
Come here to my home
forsake your woes
what keeps you up at night
forget every fight
not today when you fill
your stomach with champagne
and heart with marvin gaye
Here are a people
a community of those
united by sorrows
of animosity and pride
and a heavy head of lies.
They've got bruised black eyes
That have forgotten to cry
But they're remarkable-
for their efforts to stay sane
I call out to you
dear friend for you
I've laid out a luncheon
fat pigs, roasted crisp
don't look at your hips
They really need this
and your heart even more
let it be.
