Chapter Two

Kyle P.O.V

Although I was happy that we finally found her I felt a surge of rage engulf me as I stare at the scars on her beautiful and enchanting skin. Fuck, she so pretty, I just wanted to hug and comfort her but I restrain myself because she looks so scared, it had me wondering just what did she go through before we met her. While Stone was driving I took the liberty of admiring her features, light brown skin,dark gray eyes,natural jumpy black hair and a body to die for but it pains me to see those scars. I really want to hug her but I wait for her to trust me. Just as I looked away I noticed we've arrived.

Anna P.O.V

My mouth dropped open when the 2017 Honda pulled to a stop. A big grey and white mansion that looks as if its from the ancient days. I didn't realize I was staring.

"U can stare from inside sweety" he mentioned noticing I was staring at the house.

I'm not going in there

"U don't really have a choice. Its either our house walking in or our house over my shoulders" he spat back

Gosh, he's such a dick, I said i'm not going.

"Over the shoulder it is" he said before hoisting me and throwing me over his shoulder. I yelped in surprise because I didn't think he was serious. I struggled to get off his shoulder but it was useless, he had such a strong grip on my waist it was almost inhumane. The other guy was no use, instead of helping me he gladly went to open the door. I stopped struggling realizing it wasn't helping.

"I see you're no help" I spat at him but unlike this dick he simply smiled.

"I promise we're not going to hurt you. We looked for you too long to let you go" he kindly replied.

I looked at home puzzled. What was he talking about. They were looking for me.

"Oh my god were you stalking me?! " I yelled.

They didn't say anything. I then realized we reach what looks like the living room and he gently placed me in one of the chairs.

He can actually be nice.

"I am a nice person, especially to the persons I love and care about." He said while smirking.

"Will you stay out of my head for two minutes and start giving me some answers. Who are you? Who is he? Where am I? Why am I here? And why did he say you two were looking for me?" I finally closed off

Hazel eyes replied. "My name is Stone Zanders and that is Kyle Williams, and your name is? I would really like to know it."

"Anna Parks. What are you? You two are too white, too strong and too fast to be human. Spill it."

They tensed at my question. Why?

"Sweety we'll answer all your questions but first you need to take a bath and get some fresh clothes on." Kyle finally says.

I looked at myself and realized how nasty I look. The same yoga pants and sweat top I had on when I left home to run i'm still wearing only difference is that its ripped and covered in dirt. I suddenly remember my childhood of being beaten and locked in the basement for days as punishment. My eyes instantly tear up and they just rolled down my cheek. I suddenly feel two hands wiping my cheek and two on my back making circles to calm me down from the crying. I look up and Stone's eyes stared at me with a look of concern and fear like he was trying to figure out why I was crying. Kyle's eyes were tearing up but I couldn't say anything I just cried. It wasn't stopping but fireworks erupted in my stomach when stone's lips met mine in a soft, gentle kiss.

After crying tirelessly Kyle lifted me bridal style and carried me up the stairs. After passing six doors he finally stopped at one. He allowed Stone to pass for him to open the door and went straight to the bathroom.

"The bathtub, grooming supplies and towels are in there, when you are finished there will be fresh clothes for you to put on" Kyle said before closing the door.

¶¶¶25 minutes later¶¶¶

After a long bath and refreshing bath I came out of the bathroom and took a while in observing the bedroom. Purple walls with silver flowers and vines running through them, the closest looks like a small room attached to this one its about the same size as my apartment..well the old one, a king size bed with cream sheets and three pillows at the headboard. Wow...what a room. After getting dressed I followed the way I was brought up to this room back to the living room, it was time I got some answers.

Stone's P.O.V

I was so fucking pissed.

"Who the fuck did that to my love's precious body. I'm gonna fucking kill them." My anger subsided when I saw her coming down those stairs.

"Okay, you two are gonna tell me what the hell is going on, no distractions" she said as she sat opposite us.

Anna's P.O.V

I been walking for five minutes now and I still haven't reached the stairs I was close to giving up when I saw the staircase coming into view.

Took me long enough. Time to get me some answers.

Walking down the stairs Stone and Kyle's face came into view and butterfly's went off in my stomach.

Look at those pink, desirable, tempting lips that just made me want to taste and bite on, makes me wonder what those lips could do and what wonders it could work on my bod- what the hell Anna. Get it together. Oh no

My eyes immediately connected with theirs and I could see the wide smirks coming across their face. Oh god he heard me...this dick read my mind again.

"Okay, you two are gonna tell me what the hell is going on, no distractions" i said as i sat opposite them.

Stone spoke first. "Well to start it off, we're vampires"

My mouth fell open.
