A vortex of alcohol streams in with the violent urgency
It pleas for me to explain my feelings in a sensible manner
It fleas in an attempt to balance the vitriolic properties of a life lived under the blankets
This gravity, this engine of physics that deems the things I believe unconstitutional and completely irrelevant
But without placement and the seasons months conclaved into a primal scream that only my deepest years could echo
But I never wanted that sound to resonate
A life in a constant shadow, shade provided by the things you lack
Shady behavior that gravtiates to your center
Realigning your very core with these little dancing spirits that forget the steps to take
Forgot to memorize the tempo.
I could find myself in the same castle that holds the ball room, with the same guests that socialites cling on to.
Tappered with just the smallest sliver of cloth to keep that draw bridge from coming down with that invasion of an army you'd rather not confront
Life in siege
Life with the course to believe
That any general led assault could only be done in bad faith
Faith that doesn't happen to be your own
A difference of belief that starves the simple
Over feeds the over stimulated
