I just finished reading your story “It’s All in Your Head (Being Revamped)” and I loved it so much. Your writing is powerful, raw, and deeply nuanced delving into bipolar disorder, trauma, and BDSM with such emotional honesty that I found myself truly moved.I really loved the opening of Chapter One (“Naïvety”), where the protagonist first grapples with the dizzying swings between manic highs and crippling lows your metaphors of a pendulum swinging uncontrollably capture her inner turmoil so vividly. That roller‑coaster of emotion would be ideal for illustrated sequences showing shifts in mood through facial expression and visual tone. And later, when her identity is revealed to carry the weight of secrets depression, self‑harm, unspoken BDSM pasts the tension in her relationships becomes so palpable. Those intricate layers between her and her partner would translate beautifully into comic form, using visual contrast and panel pacing to embody emotional escalation and vulnerability.
