Chapter 1
Dakota Grey
Dakota Grey stared out the office window to the Seattle setting that had long since bored me. “Ms. Grey, the college interviewer is here. Should I send him in?” I tear my gaze away from the window turning in the black leather office chair. I glance up at my assistant waiting by the door and finally reply, with a sigh,” Yes, send him in”. I stand, straighten my dark gray blazer and button it. Later finding myself fidgeting with my cool gray tie. Glancing at my watch, I sigh again and counter,” My conference is in 15 minutes, so this’ll have to be short.” I ’d began to stare out the window when a knock comes to the door breaking my focus, I turn to the large amazing gray-colored double doors. As the door opens, I walk over to shake his hand instead the man trips, his stuff landing at my feet.
