Escape the Night - Once in the past

When I was looking at the letter in my hand I was shocked.

"No way I'm going to this party again. Last time all my friends died. This time I'm not going!" I said and threw the letter away.

You need to know, I've got a letter like this a year ago and I was invited for a party in which I should dress up like people used to in the 18s and 19s. It's a really cool idea, yeah for sure, but when I arrived there with 9 other friends, we got stuck in a death match and 8 people died just because of a guy called Dorian. He was a vampire.

"Joey, you're a nice friend but I'm never going again to a party in your house!" I let me fall backwards on the bed, looking to the ceiling. After five minutes I grabbed the letter again and read the text for the second time. I can't believe what I'm reading. It looks so nice but the evil is inside this angel for sure.

Dear Friends

Once again I'm calling you for a little party in my house. This time it will be a real party that's why I'm staying for my name.

I've invited a bunch of people, they survive the last match. Since the devil and evil creatures got away, I'm now alone in a new house, in a new town, without any costumes you need to wear for this party.

Just come over to me, we will celebrate a bit and I will explain you why all this stuff in the last four years happened to you.
