Oooh, the suspense!
"When I first read your description, I thought: "Having a student take a romantic interest in you their teacher is in and of itself frightening,' but I must say I'm thoroughly enjoying the direction this story is headed. Unfortunately there are students like Axel out there, and when you were describing the things he would say and do to Miss Shaw, I could literally feel myself break out in hives. The fact that she did not report it and let things escalate is not only career suicide (ah, the ignorance and naive optimism of first year teachers) and would be a PR scandal for the school of the worst kind. Draven is a sympathetic character, and while (at first) I was tempted to think his feelings for Miss Shaw were straight out of the movie "Fear," I was pleased to see the mystical elements (especially Egyptian which I love) come into play in a manner that made sense and make for endless possibilities in terms of future chapters. In short, I REALLY have enjoyed reading this and you deserve top marks for an original story line."
