Prolouge

A girl stood standing in the rain. Her umbrella hung by her side as the rain drenched her clothes, soaking into her skin. Her tears mixed with the rain, sliding down her face as she stared at the house that she had once called home. A man walked up behind her, placing a hand on her shoulder as he held his umbrella over them.

“Come, let’s go” He said.

She turned to him and they walked off, leaving her childhood home behind her. The foreclosure sign on the door ruffling in the wind.

Hester: Very good, was short too the point , not lingering on the abuse, pity you didn’t let him step in earlier knowing the abuse was happening, but this is almost real for some women who have gone through it, just wish they could all have a princess at te end of thete tunnel

Ashley: I enjoyed the story. It was a short one so the fast pace fit. I think something should be put in to show a time jump between paragraphs like a "****" just to make it easier to follow when we skip to the next day week or month. Over all a good read.
