Short Story
Completely unaware of Bond looking at him at the airport he continues his reading. He’s reading an old newspaper that has been forgotten in the lounge by someone. It seems as if he’d never heard of the happenings in the paper. It’s very easy to read what he’s thinking. But Bond sees something strange about him, like he knows the outcome of everything.
The man is young, and his physique is athlete-like. He’s wearing dark blue suit pants with a black belt and a grey turtleneck jersey. His mid-length espresso brown hair covers about half of his face. Once he finished reading, he put the paper aside, looked at the boarding screen and walked towards the coffee shop, turned around to get money from his bag and bought a standard black coffee.
Bond decided to change his whereabouts and went to sit next to the man’s luggage. As the man came back, he looked Bond in the eye and smiled. He sat down and introduced himself. Charlie Henderson was his name. Very friendly and seemingly had no idea of who Bond was. He was making small talk as he drank his coffee which made him seem open and eased. His eyes were clear green, and his eyebrows were thick but tended.
Why they had sent Bond to track this guy he didn’t know but tried not give too much information about himself away. The guy seemed harmless, but maybe that’s the catch. Or maybe he had shown up from somewhere else where he wasn’t so harmless.
