as of now I love you
Hi guys I just want to say thanks for giving my book a try! I wrote this with not a lot of experience so for half the book it might not be too interesting at first but I promise it will get a LOT better!
Katy:
I see the sun shining into my bedroom I realize Orlando is nowhere to be seen but before I could think about where he might be I find myself racing to the bathroom. I can taste something very unpleasant which I realize is barf. I immediately come to the conclusion that I am in fact sick. But how can this be? I have felt fine until this very moment I even felt fine when I woke up it was just when I was fully up that I felt a bite funny. I am thinking all this as I barf into the toilet. When I stop I feel fine and begin to crave something sweet. I am about to go down to the kitchen when I think something that can’t be possible it just can’t! Could I be pregnant?
I yell for Orlando and he comes racing up the stairs.
Orlando: KATY? Are you ok? What’s wrong?
Katy: I think I might be... I might be pregnant!
Orlando: your pregnant?
Katy: maybe what do I do?
Orlando: I will go to the store to to get a pregnancy test. ok?
Katy: ok
Orlando: it will be ok. If you are pregnant we will love this baby so much and we will take such good care of it.
Katy: ok thanks Orlando! I love you so much!
Orlando: I love you too! I am going to go get the test ok?
Katy: ok
He gives me a kiss on the forehead and walks out the door. I start to think what if I am pregnant? Am I ready to be a mom? Then I tell myself if you are in fact pregnant you are going to do what Orlando said you are going to do you are going to love this baby so much and you are going to take such great care of it! Then I hear Orlando coming up the stairs. He stops in the doorframe and smiles at me. Then after he hands me the bag which has the test in it and gives me a reassuring hug. I stare at him for a split second and walk into the bathroom. After I have done the test there is nothing to do but wait. I wait and the the time comes to find out if I really am pregnant. I flip it over and what I see is about to change my life forever. I am PREGNANT!
