"Congratulations Ms Gentileschi. I am no literary expert but I enjoyed this very much. Your writing style kept the story interesting and you set up some great scenes. I have always felt that the line between pornography and erotica is very thin and controversial. I think you did a great job of staying on the erotica side of the line but still making the story very stimulating. Interesting that you have planted some very feminist views in a story about female sex slave ring and made them work. Your interesting twists at the end were both fun and cleared up a lot of what I had struggles with. I know the world that you based your ava world around. I think others may struggle with parts of the story if they did not know of this connection. Just a few negatives. I do not mean to be harsh ( I will be reading the chapter just released in the second book of this series). The book I am guessing was not originally in english or perhaps your first language is not english. There are a few spelling mistakes and gender issues that made me stumble with your story. I think that is sad because you have a great flow. If I had not become confused it would have added to the narrative. I think just having someone to proof it before it goes to print would remedy this very well. ( spoiler alert) I did struggle with the earthquake scene ( the preceding scene when she is allowed to leave but choses not too ( or more correctly can’t!)) was amazing!. I would suggest a something like a staged ‘raid’ would have been a better approach. Just my honest opinion. I know how the earthquakes work in the world of ava but if I did not know from my own experience I would struggle a lot with this scene. I think your series would work well for people not familiar with the ava world and knowledge of this world previous to reading should not be required. You deserve an audience that is much more wide spread and that is why I would suggest considering a change. I did get lost with the changing scenes from time to time but cannot offer any suggestions because you are a much better writer than me but I feel I should point that out. I don’t really know how to explain, just that at time I had difficulty knowing what you were referring too. Wonderful read and I will be reading the new chapters as they come out. I am very happy I had to opportunity to read this and will be watching for more."
