Chapter 1 - New Way New Day
It was the morning raining down the street and the house was very quiet. Dakota woke up and felt gloomy because she doesn’t want to leave her friends behind. Dakota, good morning sweetie get ready and breakfast is down stairs, Her mom said. Dakota got dressed and went to breakfast and then she was in the car going to school. When she saw the school it was really big, with lots of windows, also it was one of the famous schools so she was lucky but she didn’t feel lucky. she didn’t want to not see her friends and she wanted to stay at her old house and her school so she can talk to her friends in peace. She went in the school and it looked like a mansion but it was a school so she can’t act like it’s her house. so she was quiet the whole time. As soon as she got signed in she went to her classroom which was math. Her teacher name was Mrs. Johnson and she was pretty sweet and helpful to other students.
