My Rant Book

So hi everyone! It's me, Anabel from Wattpad, finally on Inkitt. Yep. A good friend of mine told me about this website and I decided to try it out myself. Her Wattpad username is @CLBrierley. Anyway, so now I'm here. Hi everyone!

So, a few things about me before we move on. I'm a teenager who loves reading, writing, swimming and listening to music. I'm an INTP (Myers-Briggs Personality Type) and I'm Ghanaian, but I was born in the US. I easily get boredddddddddddddddd, and I am not an emotional person. Okay, that's enough.

Now, onward with my rant. If any of you know me from Wattpad, then you'd know the real reason for my joining Inkitt is because I'm disappointed in Wattpad. I get that authors should be paid for their work, but is Wattpad really the place for that? Is it? But what do I know? I'm just a teenager. They need to survive, and they need money for that. It's just unfortunate that I don't have that money, I guess. I didn't come here to bitch about Wattpad.

I still like Wattpad though. It was where I first discovered that I could actually give something to a world that wanted it. It felt like it was tailored perfectly to fit me. I could write the craziest things ever, yet I'd still find people who actually wanted to read them. People who could make sense out of this idiosyncratic brain of mine. And I thank God for it everyday. I really do. I don't think I'll ever leave Wattpad for good.

So, Inkitt. I haven't even been here for three days and I already love it. It feels like my second home, to be very honest. I'm already in love with it. Everything just feels so familiar. I don't even need help finding my way around. I think I might just stick around a little bit longer.

Even though I love Wattpad, I just had to make a decision. I'll be writing all my later books on here. I'll still leave my trilogy on Wattpad, but I'll be moving Core Soul here, as well as Black Gold And Silver Roses, and another book I haven't posted yet called Queen. And hopefully I'll be more committed than I used to be back then because there's less going on for me at the moment, thanks to the pandemic.

Uh, I guess that's it for now, unless anybody has any questions. Any questions?

*Crickets chirping*

I guess not. Then on that note, happy Inkitting I guess.
