Quarantine under any circumstances is no joke and no fun. So, I decided to share my thoughts with the world at large to comfort you with some positivity. These are poems that speak to the feelings that come with being cooped up, no matter what the situation. They are also written in “hip-hop” style, so they can be flowed over a chill-hop beat or acapella, whichever way you choose. If you are an aspiring artist, this book will help you get some ideas while you’re writing. If you’re just into poetry, this book will entertain you as well as give you some help in understanding modern rap styles. If you’re a person of faith, this book should give you some insight into how God and His Holy Spirit were working on me to change my life for the better during my most trying periods. Some people call this a “book of rhymes” but I would rather refer to it as “poems from quarantine”. Remember, every Saint had a past and every sinner has a future. Enjoy and be blessed!
