Beautiful in her own right she is an unruly and boisterous girl who can kill pirates with her sword but can't defeat embroidery. She is the epitome of a warrior but doesn't know how to act ladylike. Refusing all offers of courtship she is waiting for her childhood sweetheart to come and sweep her off her feet. Brandon Maxwell. The handsome Duke of Edinburgh. Women want to be with him and men want to be him. He is the knight in shining armour of many a maiden's heart . But HIS heart has already been captured by a red-headed beauty. Jake Hatton The son of Duke of Edinburgh. Handsome with blue eyes and black hair. Has a flock of woman following him. He feels attracted towards Josephine and starts to court her. Fate brings them together as Brandon is the best friend of Jake, the man Josephine is courting and for Brandon the lady of his best friend. Everything was going well until Brandon and Josephine started feeling mutual attraction towards each other. Brandon doesn't want to betray the girl he met when he was still a child and Josephine wants to be with her childhood sweetheart or so she thinks. What will happen? Will they get together or will they find their fairytale ending with someone else.
