Chapter one: The sighting of the Easter bunny
Once, when Easter was just beginning, the Easter bunny was hopping around the town of Fiddlington. Looking at the childrens’ gardens, he found good places to hide his colorful eggs. It was 5 am in the early dawn, and the sun was only just beginning to rise. He had thought to himself that he would be able to finish hiding the eggs by the time the children woke up so he could watch the children find the eggs and be happy about it. When he went to the Carlons’ house, unfortunately, little Fin Carlon was looking out the window at his garden! He noticed a little grayish thing hopping about from one place to another. What was it? Could it be an animal that escaped from the Animal Control? No, most definitely not. Captaine Finí ( who was French) never let any animal escape from there. It looked like a.... rabbit? But why on earth was it carrying a basket full of things that were egg shaped but colored. Why were they colored? Were they Easter eggs?
