One night stands, friends with benefits, hookups, booty calls were all no different to her as they all meant one thing intimacy: the feeling of being desired and wanted, the feeling of being so close to someone, the feeling of pleasure and euphoria. She knew her sexual activities were looked down on in society, she was seen as cheap, easy, a slut, whore, and a sex addict. But she was like everyone else, wanting to be loved by someone but instead of running into relationships, she participated in an act romanticized by movies, sex.
Her therapist said sex was her way of emotionally coping and dealing with her desire to be loved, she saw sex as an outlet for love because of the emotional trauma she suffered from her relationships.
But these lonely nights could not fill her empty heart.
