My name is Charlotte and I live with my best friend Allie Ziller, daughter of the owner of Candy's Café. To earn my keep I work as a waitress in the café. I was taken in by Moonshine pack after my parents were killed by some insane rogue wolves.
There's a new topic....rogues. They're werewolves that have been banished from their pack. It has to be something big for a wolf to be banished which is why every wolf and human is wary of them. Most completely lose themselves to the wolf, forever leaving the skin and sanity behind. There is a rogue king who so far has been very peaceful unless in the case that one of the rogues under his rule attacks a pack wolf. No one knows the king's name and it's obvious that he wants it that way.
My hair is short and more of an orange than red. People say that my blue eyes are the captivating kind and that I make the best coffee in the whole werewolf community. I'm happy with my ability to make coffee because when I came to live with Candy and Allie I didn't know the first thing to brewing it. It's been eight years since the Zillers found the little dirt and blood smeared fourteen year old girl with extremely matted hair.
Now I have good clothes, a bed, food, a friend and a loving mother who is also my boss. I couldn't ask for anything else. The only thing I'm missing is a mate but I'm not exactly rushing it. I like my life just how it is.
