Chapter 1
"Teresa” yelled my mother making me groan as I walk down the hall to her, "mother do I really have to go...I hate vampires I'm sure they won't notice me there anyways" I said facing her. "Honey you know all girls who are 18 has to go...now go get ready" she said, making me frown as I went back to my room.
I hate vampires...ever since my mother told me how I was born, I have hated them with a passion. Signing to my self I quickly had a shower before getting ready for the bloody ball, looking at my dress I couldn't help but smile it was so beautiful.
Putting on the dress and straightening my hair, I couldn't believe the girl in front of me. She didn't even look like me she looked like a princess but anyways walking downstairs my mother smiled happily at me, "my beautiful girl" she said kissing my cheek.
"Thanks mum I guess we better get going" I said frowning as she led me towards the car, it didn't take long to get there and I felt nervous. "Try to have fun okay" "I will try" I said getting out of the car, taking a deep breath I walked inside the palace. Jesus this place is amazing and beautiful I thought, as I looked around for Mia.
"Mia" I said walking towards her, "Teresa you came" she said pulling me into a hug. "I had no choice in the matter" I said frowning which made Mia smile at me, "same here but at least we have each other" "yep" was all I said before everyone around me started facing someone behind me.
Turning around I spotted the prince walking down the stair case, as I stared at him I felt shivers run though my body. No no no I can't be his mate...why me I thought as Mia moved closer to the prince, noticing everyone watching the prince I slowly backed away trying to hide before he spots me.
