I said as I was attempting to do the dishes and watch over the food I was cooking at the same time.

Kale, if you were questioning, was the new feline that I discovered in my backyard today. It wasn’t exactly my backyard, you see. Kale was actually on the backfield of the university I was staying on. Where I am studying as an undergraduate. I was eating a kale sandwich when a piece of kale fell out, then I saw a little kitten nibbling on the piece of kale I dropped.

It was love at first sight. But in my head, I have all the emotions, but I can't display it to the outside world even too a cat.

When I first tried petting Kale, he snapped at me.

Anyway, I was making Skillet Cod with Lemon and Capers for my friend A. A stands for Anna, which she thinks is a dumb name. One time I called her Anna by accident and she didn’t speak to me in a week.

Just as I was finishing the last touches on the Cod. A burst through the door and was talking very fast. "JAY, OMG YOU CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT JUST HAPPENED!" "What." I asked, and she said, "I just got the last remaining constellation phones!"

"What’s that," I say in a nonchalant way and A’s eyes looked like they were about to pop out! "Jay have you been living under a rock! This phone is one of the rarest phones existing! It was made by Dr. L. G. C. One of the most intelligent doctors in the world, but he’s deceased now."

Of course, I didn't live under a rock I just couldn't say that to her with an angry face. I just hate not being able to show expressions.

"Ohh.” I say, "But why is the phone so unique?” I asked A responded, "Well I don’t know to be honest?" There was a rather uncomfortable moment of awkwardness and silence. And in my head, I was thinking "What if it has a curse or something that could be extremely dangerous.” but what I said was "Well our dinner is getting cold so let’s eat."

After A went to bed I fed Kale some of our leftovers and then I heard something in my head like "thank you for caring for me!" I wondered where that came from, the only people here in the dining room are me and Kale. I looked at Kale and thought "Is it you who’s saying that?" Kale spoke in my mind and replied "Yes, now night night..." and a portal opened right beneath me as I fell into complete darkness.
