Lost memory
I wake up near a crashed star ship, I believe it’s mine, I don’t remember my name, the name of the ship or how I ended up here. The ship is completely beyond repair, the launch thrusters burnt out, no fuel anyway. The hyperdrives crystal shattered; no jumps withoutfinding a new one. The blue paint on the ship is almost completely scratched off. The console still manages to turn on with some difficulty. There is one text that appears on the screen.
“EMRGENCY BACKUP FILE RESTORED. ALPHA PROTOCOLS ENGAGED”
A charger port emerged from the front of the ship. I realise I have a cord wrapped up in my outfit, I plug the cord into the port and my visor lights up. A life support meter appears in my vision, good enough for now considering I’ve just been in a crash.
I take a wider look at my surroundings and I realise I’m in a forest. The trees are absolutely gigantic and the leaves make it quite dim but still bright enough to see. I look to the right and see a road past the trees, I walk to the road and I see a sign to a place called Doronal. Well the ships not going anywhere and it’s probably not safe to stay out after dark the sign says it isn’t far I’m going to head there now.
