It is important that kids eat a healthy food diet because their brains work faster and they are able to learn more. Imagine you just woke up from a good night’s rest. Your tummy is growling and saying I NEED FOOD! Yes, your tummy needs food, but it actually is your brain. You should always refuel your brain every day with a healthy breakfast.
Your brain works faster when you eat food. Example, once I did not eat breakfast and my teacher did not give us a snack break till 12:00. At 11:00, I was starving. According to www.harrischool.edu, which talked about the importance of eating a healthy breakfast. “Your body becomes dehydrated after sleeping all night. A healthy breakfast will re-energize your body so you can do better in your academic career”.
Kids should learn how to make healthy food choices throughout their life. Teachers can play a very important role in helping kids to eat a healthy diet. For example, short nutrition classes in your school can point out foods that are good for your body. This way kids can get their vitamins and their brains get more focused on work and play.
Different foods give the body different types of energy. For example, oranges give you fiber. Apples decrease the risk of getting sick. Carrots give you nutrients. Although fruits are healthy if you eat too much fruit you could get sick so don’t eat too many and don’t eat too less.
Energy is essential for your brain and body to work properly. Also, your memory patterns will improve. This shows that kids should eat a balanced diet to prevent starvation. As a result, kids should always eat a full and healthy diet to keep them strong and educational.
