Chapter One: Drunks do Bad Wishes
It's been two months, 20 days, 12 hours, 17 minutes and 45 seconds. Okay the time is way exagerating when Thalia doesn't even care of anything in this World anymore. The girl had it bad and the girl just wanted a lone time.
No job.
No lovelife.
No sexlife.
No family.
One friend.
Yup, that's how boring she is as a woman she is. Period.
Only her alarm clock is the one who remind her everyday that she's still alive. And she would beg the Universe to tell her why is she even breathing in the first place.
She got up from bed and took a quick shower when she realize how cold is the water and again she was reminded that two months ago was July and now it's Ber-Months baby.
All she do all day is to wake up, take a shower sometimes, eat, exercise, talk to her bestfriend who is MIA for the past months and watch t.v., play video games in the computer and etc. and etc.
She missed this. She miss spending time with herself. Eversince she was born and sheltered in a small orphanage, her life has been about how to survive. She studied very hard, get a degree, landed on a six year secretarial job (until the CEO was changed), and get fired.
And now she's twenty-seven. A virgin. Maybe she'll just have to become a nun with that thought a bell rings like heaven and angels are singing halleluja to that idea.
"No way.", she shook her head fervently and realized that the bell was actually her doorbell.
She got up from the couch to answer whoever is at the other side of the door. Or maybe it's Mrs. Roast again, reminding her of the monthly rental since the old lady knew she's currently jobless.
She lazily unlock the door and open it anyway. Besides, what thing could get her life more interesting right? Huh, note the S.A.R.C.A.S.M.
