My name is Marianne age 13 I have blue eyes,ginger hair along with fair skin.At the moment I'm getting ready for a ball the kingdom is putting on.I have on a big pink dress along with the hoop skirt that goes along with it.Im excited because I get to see Alexander again we are promised to each other even though he is older by 5 years.
My dad is taking me to the ball since my mom died when I was only 3 weeks old.He hates me since he thinks I'm the reason mom died but in the long run I am the future princess and he wants the power.
I just sit on the bed brushing my hair while humming a nice tune.When my dad walks in and drags me out to the carriage."Could you be more gentle father?"My father just grumbled."Get in brat!"I climbed in since Im not the tallest for my age I am only 4'11.When we arrived I went to run but my dad grabbed my arm and slapped me."Do not run walk properly."The redness stained my cheek as a lone tear fell."Ok father."I walked into the ballroom and I saw Alexander and I quickly walked over to him."Alex I missed you!"I hugged him and not gently."I missed you to my little princess."I laughed when he said that."I will be happy when we get married but you know how I feel about being called little."
