Notable Facts: Location of Mageria Academy, a school for mages. Some people are born with innate elemental magic. It shows itself 17 years old, usually.
17 year olds of any species can go to Mageria to learn about their magic and train. Mostly humans and shifters attend, but there are also the occasional Fae.
All powerful mages summon a familiar - usually one that has to do with their strongest element. Wolves are the most common familiar.
CORRISAN:
Ruler: Queen Evelyn Thorn & King Elijah Thorn
Children: Crown Prince Beckett Thorn (Age 16), Prince Hunter Thorn (Age 15)
Notable Facts: All the members of the royal family are shape shifters, each with a different animal form. The Queen and Prince Beckett each have 2 animal forms. Most residents of Corrisan are shape shifters and shifter-human hybrids.
Location of Flux Academy. After getting their animal forms at age 13, shape shifters ages 13-16 go to train here.
Shape shifters do not have familiars.
RILANDAR:

Notable Facts: Lots of good farmland. Fairly well off kingdom, bordering the Aquilon Ocean. Most mages with a water specialty come here to live.
THE FAE REALMS
Most people call this species the Fae, even though they are technically Faeries. There are hidden portals located throughout the kingdoms leading into the Faery realms. Nobody really dares to cross them. The Courts prefer to mind their own business mostly.
SHADERYN:
Ruler: Queen Selene Moonstone & (Deceased)King August Moonstone
Children: (Deceased)Crown Princess Reyna Moonstone (Age 17)
Notable Facts: The realm of the Unseelie Fae. Most just use the name Unseelie Court, rather then Shaderyn. The King died in an assassination attack. The Princess was also presumed dead. People don’t tend to go there, because of the creatures that live there. The most powerful Unseelie Fae have dragon familiars. Nobody really knows what innate powers they have.
THE COURT:
Ruler: Queen Darya Aqualine
Children: Crown Princess Lyra Aqualine (Age 19)
Notable Facts: The realm of the Seelie Fae. Their realm has a name, but it isn’t really ever used. Desperate people have been known to travel to the Seelie Court to seek help, but there is usually trickery involved. They cannot lie, but they like to work around the truth. Beware their word games. Most powerful Seelie Fae have a Pegasus familiar.
SHORT GLOSSARY:
A Familiar: An animal spirit bonded to someone. Usually strong spirit bonds allow you to communicate with your Familiar in your mind.
Hybrid: A mix of any 2 born species. (Human, Shifter, Fae) Mage powers are not inherited. Human-Shifter hybrids are the most common.
Specialty: Increased talent in one or two of the 5 elements. Occasionally, a person will have 3 or 4 specialties.
Elements: There are 5 elements, Earth, Metal, Fire, Air and Water
