The government had initially known since 1996 but they could never catch Anyone In or related to the group so they did not what to admit failure. The groups name is Серебряный волк (silver wolf) it was created in Moscow, Russia in 1995 to train assassins, spies, and terrorists. They have ties to the Russian government, Italian mob, MS-13, the Russian mafia, and al-Qaeda. They are one of the most secretive groups in the modern century there are no pictures of the leaders or members the U.S has been investigating them for eleven years and they have turned up nothing.
