Chapter 1
Jane
"Wake up Marine!" I shouted, no response but I am ready for this a wicked grin came on my face, I tapped my bucked filled with water not ordinary water but water that came from the tap, cold, make you cold for at least 1 hour of without a hot bath.
I splashed it on her body and she woke up with shock.
"What the hell Jane?" Marine shouted
"Mwahahahaha," I laughed but she just glared at me gritting her teeth.
"Works every time," I whispered making sure she won't hear.
"I heard that," she said jumping of her bed shivering with cold, that the annoying thing us wolves have great hearing and even the old wolves don't need hearing aids. She quickly grabbed her cloth and went for a hot bath.
Marine
Ughhh what did she put in that stupid bucket? I am freezing cold even in the hot bath, I stayed in there for a while and crept out and put my cloths on, I wore shorts and a shirt with a cute puppy on it.
"Ready?" Jane asked
"For what?" and she elbowed me on the shoulder playfully but it really hurts.
"Didn't you forget? To find a mate t-o-m-o-r-r-o-w,"
"Okay I forgot you win," I signed, she always win over me in this kind of conversations.
We went down the stairs to the hallway and down to the kitchen. "Mom, Dad ?" I asked
"Hi girls, " They both responded.
"Hi Mr. Brattson and Mrs. Bratton," Jane said with a wide smile on her face.
"Jane sweetie, tomorrow is both you and Marie's special day so after breakfast I will drop you two in the mall and buy your stuff then call me and I will pick you up and remember don't be late, your deadline is 2 pm and here the money," Mom said as she gave both me and Jane 500 dollars.
" Mrs. Bratton thank you but I think it is too much I can't take it! "Jane said.
" Don't worry Jane it's not your fault your mom and I are best friends and by the way don't tell your parents, they may kill both you and me, " Mom giggled
" Okay thank you Mrs. Brattson! "
