What Happened To Tuesday
Rolling hills
The soft blue of the night sky
The man in the moon
brightening the Earth
and the small cottages below
It looks down upon them
like a condescending cat
But secretly yearns to be with them
Down where the humans roam
Cold winds on a winter night
blowing through the hidden town
causing the man
on the corner of 2nd Street
and 5th Avenue
to shiver
His warmth is taken from him
as well as the memories
of his early life
Lost forever
Floating towards the dark sky
Leaving him alone
on the Starry Night
