The last sunset

I've been able to do the things I've always wanted, and I am truly satisfied with the way my life has gone. Never had much growing up, but we had enough. I've gone through trials the same as everyone else, but I have survived, and it has made me stronger. I've been a provider. I've worked hard all my life, and there's nothing I would change, not one single thing. I've had a beautiful wife who has been there for me and showed me love, loyalty, and devotion. She's giving me four wonderful kids who are all healthy, intelligent and successful. So I sit here on my porch with a smile on my face, and a tear in my eye, and I can honestly say that Lord I am ready to lay down, close my eyes, join my beautiful wife. Because I know that I have no regrets that I am leaving behind. So I sit here and admire my last sunset.
