The Earth Screams
“Ow”
The earth screams as we throw our trash on the ground.
“Ow”
The earth screams as we kill whales in the ocean.
“Ow”
The earth screams as we kill and take elephants’ husks.
“Ow”
The earth says as we pollute the air, the sky, the sea.
There may be no mother nature but like or not we get one earth, one planet, one home.
And so far we have not done a good job of taking care of our home.
Stop hurting the animals, the trees, the air.
We are killing earth but we are killing ourselves too.
“Ow”
The earth screams at us.
“Please stop”
The earth says in a quiet and reserved voice because that’s all it could muster out.
“Ow”
