"Very Walter Mosley-esk and completely different at the same time. While the story was interesting it was a little too formalaic and predictable. There were some plot twists but it became evident by the mid point just who was the villain in the piece. Nonetheless it was an enjoyable read and I look forward to seeing more from this author as he matures in his writing style. "
