Colors (Poem)

What colors are beyond the gaze of human eyes - -

And comprehension of what we have yet to see?

What reflected light to bounce upon my eye -

And magically entrance me in its beautiful scope of colors -

Everywhere I turn?

The sky above and sea below

Trees of ever-changing hues

The veil of colors seen by a bee

Shorn away from my own eyes

Oh, a wonder of color

Color.

Light.

Short and sweet

But vast and broad-like layers -

Encapsulated by a symphony as one proceeding note

Stretching out and around but not seen by our eyes.

Color.

This light of nonsense

Unnecessary

Seemingly beautiful

Joy-filled nonsense
