You only see me

You never see her.

One slip up

And everything falls to the floor.

I get the cussing

I get the blaming.

Can't take it anymore

Someone please shut the door.

You make me look worse

You make me appear as the monster

But 'cause you're blinded

It's all you'll ever see.

You know what

Just blame it on me

'Cause one day I promise you

I'll burst and I'll say what's on my mind

Just wait till I'm eighteen and people will start to believe

You aren't the nice person behind that façade

You are the monster I see everyday

The monster I wish I could shut out
