"I so loved the story, it had so much history that got you involved from the beginning. The love that the families instantly had for her was wonderful, as well as the love between the two main characters. This story showed what love and marriage was about. There will always be time of trouble and times of happiness, marriage is not all fun and happy times, part of it is also working through, learning, and never giving up during the hard times."

"Hi, I really enjoyed reading you book. It was sad, funny and hopeful. Gillian was a bit of a drama queen in some ways ....but ok. I also thought that she wasn't a good friend to USA friends. When she needed them they were always there for her. But she wasn't there when they needed her. Also you didn't write about how Gaven's family reached to the news of her being pregnant and being 4 months along with no word. Thank you for making me cry a lot of tears of sadness and a lot of joy. I would love to go to Scotland it's been a dream and this made me feel like I have been there. Keep up the good writing.... "
