A book that makes you think
"I really liked reading this book! It took a very different approach towards something we all can recognise: How we treat those that are different. In some places being different (be it physical, mental, cultural, religious, sexual, etc.) can at best get you treated differently, at worse get you tortured and/or killed. Only because the fear of the unknown and strange is stronger than the compassion to help a fellow human being. And with fear almost always comes hate, and thus violence and justification for said violence. This book really captures the essence of what fear of beings different from ourselves does. And if it has been drilled enough into your head, those who are different will eventually believe they are 'cursed' and deserve this hatred."
