Chapter 1
(A/N: Short chapter)
“Jisung! Get your butt down here!!!” Jisung’s mom yelled from the kitchen. Jisung sighed as he set down his Xbox controller and ran downstairs.
“Yes, mom?” Jisung asked although he knew what this was about hence he saw the paper his mom was holding. His math test. Great. (A/N: so tell me if I used the word ‘hence’ right bc it is my first time using that word lol)
“What’s this about, a 53?” She shook her head. Jisung knew he messed up big time. He never got a score this low before.“I’m sorry, mom...” Jisung looked down at his shoes.
“I don’t know what happened. It’s just, I...” He sighed. He didn’t know why he was lacking.“Well, I will be calling the school and telling them to get you a tutor because this, this is unbelievable.” She looked disappointed, and Jisung felt bad.
His mom hated it when he got bad grades.“Go to your room. I love you.” Even though she was upset at him, she would always say ‘I love you’ just to let him know she wasn’t mad, but disappointed.
And so he did. He went to his room and cried. He cried, yes. He hated disappointing his mother because it always made him feel bad.

In the morning, Jisung got up and got ready for school as normal. He got dressed, ate breakfast, and washed up. After all that, he left for school.
