There was once a hombre who courted grumpy lass. He did make her win her heart after three hundred and sixty-five days. They were both beautiful and have the means, a perfect couple that most of the people wished for but those happy days come to an end in just a blink of an eye for Wesley was being enchanted by other woman in the absence of Fiona making her sat on the thorns of roses. Perhaps what he felt for her was not real love, it was an infatuation maybe or worst she was just part of a game. A game he must play to win! You cannot easily leave a person you truly love in haste to chase in haste another person as a replacement. Why does it have to be her who played as a victim when all she did was to shower him all the love she had? No one has the right to play someone’s feeling for self satisfaction.
A day came when he packed all his things for he already decided to leave her but she begged him to stay. She promised to do everything for him to stay. He agreed to stay in one condition; he would only stay if she would let him go with that woman wherever and whenever he wants. Their situation lasted a couple of months. Every chase in haste as he walked out of the door, she was being torn into pieces for she definitely knew he would gone out for weeks with the woman he loves and that’s not her, not her anymore. How could she let this happen to her when she could get any man she wanted to? When will be the time she is ready to woke up and face the painful truth? Who will be the one to console her wounded heart? What are things she must do to end her misery at once? She needed to let him go now before she completely has been wrecked inside. She waited for him to come home to finally bid farewell to him. She saw the brightest smile of his upon saying she was letting him go already. She did smile back at him though it killed her to the bone. The scent of his that seemingly the only thing he left in the room made her wept unceasingly. After a while, she went to the rooftop and stand at the edge of it. She was thinking of ending her life now that the only person she loved left her with a poison that no one can cure. She has found no more reason for her to live. Each space that surrounded her was filled of Wesley bidding, “I do not love you anymore.” To bring herself out of heartaches, she closed her eyes and slowly stepped her right foot out ready to fell from eighty floor of building when all of a sudden someone wrapped her hips and pulled her out of danger. She was being saved by a chiseled handsome man. How she wished that was Wesley! She was hoping he will come to save her and begged her to give him one more chance but that was all remained in her dream. The man took a deep breath and said,
“What do you think you were doing? Suicide will never be the perfect solution to all of the problems. Do not let your problem wreck you.”
“Who are you? What makes you think you can meddle in? It is none of your business!”
“I can see your pain growing in your eyes and I know how it feels. Trust me; you cannot escape from it if you continue blinding yourself from the truth.”
“I cannot take it anymore! Living without him means death and I am slowly dying. I want to end my misery.”
“I know it still hurts but you need to be strong. Healing takes time.”
Fiona cried out loud and sat down like a little child that was happened to be left out in the middle of the dark road alone. Timothy did not know how to make her stop crying and so he rubbed her head tenderly and gave her a piece of chocolate treating her like a little juvenile. She was staring at the chocolate for a few seconds till she finally poked his knees and laughed. At last! He made her ceased from crying! Who would have known that would make her laugh?
