Summary

Amelia Novac is an elusive mage, travelling around the world with her uncles as an 'intern' for the secret warrior unit in the legion. Adair Cardainne is the Head Legion Commander, for the last 200 years, is being coerced to find his mate. He had no idea he would find her after she broke into the manor, with one of his brothers barely breathing in a headlock. As the past finally catches up with her, he guides her through anger and fear, as she learns how to rely on him, leaning on him. The enemy guides her to the life she wanted, as he plans to rip it away from her.
