Technical Skills
"This story is beautiful- glorious! There are just he few errors that, if fixed, would make the book even better. Some examples would be that when Dylan and Lucinda were planning the war strategy over the map, there were a section of words that I'm pretty sure were intended to be spoken aloud. Before that (I can't remember what the seen was) but Lucinda was thinking something, and the words that were after the thought were italicized when it sounded like they were more like descriptions of the seen around her, or the way one of the characters (including herself) were acting."
READ DEFINING LOVE
"I must say, I'm not very good with reviews but 'Defining Love' is an amazing story. It has a great plot and is an great book to read over the summer or whenever really. I warn you, you will get caught up in this book and at times won't be able to stop. That's something I love. I loved the writing style and it was written beautifully. If you haven't already read it, then read it now! Now, I tell you, NOW!"
Book Structure
"I'm not good at judging technical skills, but I could read my way through Defining Love easily and it flowed very well. What I really liked however was the shifting POV. I've actually never read a book structured in this way, and it works. Shifting perspectives on the same situations revealed more and fleshed out characters. Plus I like the world you've created, a dynamic wolf/man mix which invited me, the reader, to imagine myself with such a power and Pack."
A Good Story, Not Your Average Wolf Book
"First off, your writing style is similar to mine and that was nice to find! It's simple, not spending whole paragraphs talking about one minor detail, fun to read, easy to comprehend. The plot itself is nice too; usually books about shape-shifters and the like are very cookie-cutter as I like to call them--you know the drift, everyone likes werewolves and shifters and vampires, but the authors that write about them, they all write about the same thing, essentially. But you managed to keep my interest and create a very nice, unique story without seeming like a Twilight ripoff. That was impressive. I recommend you and I would totally get this book."
