The Party of Leave
Per usual during a Winchester party at Harvelle's Roadhouse, they got drunk out of their wits, Castiel tried and very much failed to keep his angelic innocence, and Bobby shared all of his ghost hunting stories that had the guys clutching their stomachs from laughing so hard. There were other hunters there too but she didn't recognize any of them.
While her friends were laughing away and having fun, Mattias stood by in the corner by the fireplace, holding onto the mantle to keep herself steady. On this night, she wasn't able to hold her liquor very well which was highly unusual. She always had a very high tolerance to alcohol and pills and such.
Pressing the back of her hand to her mouth, she forced back down the last shot of whiskey that she'd taken with Dean a half an hour before that had begun to rise up in her throat. After leaning against the wall for support, she turned around only to find that the room had begun to spin dizzingly fast to the point where she stumbled a few times, almost losing her balance.
"I hate drinking..." she slurred, rolling her eyes and gagging silently.
Sam, upon seeing the young woman's pale and sickly state, got to his feet and began pushing through the crowd to get to her. When he finally reached the wall where she'd previously been standing, he found her spot to be now vacant. She was nowhere to be found. All that was there was a broken wine glass and a small gold ring that had been a gift from him and his brother years prior when they had saved her from being possessed by the very demon that killed her family.
He was startled when a hand grasped his shoulder, bursting through his thoughts. He turned around to find his brother behind him, a stupid smile on his face.
"Heya Sammy. Isn't that Matt's ring? I didn't think she ever took that off." She didn't. Not willingly anyway.
"Yah, it's hers. I saw she looked kind of sick. So I got up during one of Bobby's stories to come and see if she was okay. But when I got here, she was gone. This was all that was here."
Hearing those words sobered Dean up really quick. He took his brother's words into account and had the party broken up, getting everyone's attention. Everyone knew the Winchesters and everyone was willing to help look for her. They went out that very night and searched. They searched for three full days. They searched from the tops of the trees to the rock bottoms of the deepest caverns and lakes. Even after a search of her room, nothing was found other than Dean's belt and ring. So all in all, all they had was her ring and the broken wine glass that she had drank from.
"Do you guys hear that?" someone in the back asked. Everyone quickly fell silent to hear what they had claimed to hear. They had been right. There was a muffled tone of some device in the room. Everyone patted their pockets but it was only one person who muttered "goddammit" under their breath as the tone became louder. It was Dean Winchester. He pulled his and Sam's EMF Meter that they used when hunting. It was then clear that she hadn't run away or gone out for a few days without warning. No. She'd been taken by something supernatural.
