Episode One
"Help me somebody, please he-." She screamed through the fire that slowly burned her body, her cries for help being cut off by her screaming in pain as her eyes reflecting the flames. They met mine and suddenly her cries stopped as a wicked smile played onto her lips she mouthed "Happy Birthday Heaven, may the games begin." the flames took her as her laugh echoed until there was nothing but ashes where she once stood.
1 weeks Before
Staring at herself in the body mirror that hung on her bathroom door, Heaven sighed as she took in her appearance. Her duty blonde wavy hair that usually went down to her ass was now in a curly ponytail, a dark rose matte staining her heart shaped lips and a light shade of golden brown, eyeliner and mascara on her eyelids brining out her green eyes. "Heaven hurry up, where gonna be late!" Her brother, Hunter yelled causing her roll her eyes as she quickly threw on her navy blue and white Polyester cheer uniform along with a pair of white sneakers, her bag over her shoulder before shoving her Samsung Galaxy S10 with a transparent cases designed with gold roses that she painted and her charger into her bag heading downstairs. As she entered the kitchen she saw her mom standing with her elbows on the counter a mug in her hand, her 16 year old brother Hunter was sitting at the table eating an apple while he texted on his phone. "Morning Honey, how'd you sleep?" Her mom asked a smile decorating her beautiful face, wrinkles at the corners of her mouth "Alright though I had a headache nothing a little aspirin couldn't fix." She said pouring coffee into a to-go cup before putting the lid on top. Her mom looked at her watch then at Heaven "You guys better get going or else you'll be late." Hunter stood up grabbing and orange juice before walking out the door stopping to grab the keys to Heavens black 2020 Chevrolet Silverado "I'll see you later mom, love you." Heaven says walking to the door hearing her truck start but stopping when her mother says "I have back to back surgeries today so I probably won't be home until tomorrow." Nodding heaven walks out the door leaving her mother alone.
After parking the car Heaven and Hunter quickly ran into school barley making it on time. They waved goodbye and went there separate ways, Heaven going upstairs and Hunter down the hall. As she walked into her first hour class her eyes scanned the room until finally she spotted her best friend Violets black curly hair and an empty seat next to her. "Hey Vi, sorry I'm late." She said sitting down as Violet looked up at her a smile on her lips "I didn't think you would show up after the party at Cameron's on Saturday." "I know my head's still hurting and I'm a little hungover." They both laugh just as Mr. Valdez walks into the room wearing a button up white shirt and you could see the tattoos covering his body, black dress pants and a pair of boack letter dress shoes that looked ad if they were just polished. His light blue eyes quickly move to Heavens before turning to the board "Everytime I see him, I swear he gets hotter." Violet says her grey eyes watching him and Heaven almost chokes on her coffee which causes him and several others to look at her "Are you alright Mrs. Collins?" She smiles as she answers "Yes Sir." He smiles then quickly writes down the name Michelle West then asks us all to each one of her books that we've read and when it gets to Heaven she racks her mind before finally saying "The Broken Crown." He nods his head crossing his arms "That's part of Series, Mrs. Collins, I said a book you've read." "I did read it, the entire series twice." Violet nudges her a look of concern on her face, the entire class watching them go back and forth waiting for his response until finally he says "Very well but meet me after class I would like to discuss your opinion on those." She nods before looking down at her notebook distracting herself when Violet's shocked eyes look at her "What the hell was that? It's almost like he was flirting with you." Looking over at her she raises the eyebrow that has a scar a smile on her lips causing Violet to laugh rolling her eyes.
After Class
Violet opens her locker as she asks "Soo.. ?" Heaven rolls her eyes placing her books on the shelf "He just wanted to talk about the assignment and he also kinda have me his number." She gaps at her which Heaven quickly says "To talk about the assignment that's all plus, I'm dating Cameron." As if on cue to hearing his name Cameron and Jake Heaven's childhood best friend walk towards them, Cameron wrapping his arms around her Jake smiling. "What are you doing after school?" He asks and she turns in his arms wrapping her arms around his neck and from the corner of her eye both Violet and Jake turn away "After lunch Vi and I have Cheer practice then after that I have to take Hunter to the shop to get his car. After all that I have work until 7:00 and then I'm free all night." "You're mom working again tonight?" Heaven nods and he smiles as he kisses her before the bell rings and he walks away, Violet following going to there next class. Jake leans against the lockers his phone in hand only looking up when Heaven closes her locker "Well your talkative today, are you okay?" She asks as they head upstairs "It's nothing just my mom being my mom, ranting about my father and how he's a shit of a father." She frowns as she stops looking at him, searching his golden brown eyes "Jake you can talk to me I'm your Best friend, your person." He sighs before looking at her his eyes full of sadness and anger "My dad has been cheating on my mom, with this model and she's been a wreak about them getting a divorce, also my little brother is getting sicker and they said that chemo and radiation isn't helping the cancer." His voice cracks and her heart breaks as she hugs him tightly. "I could talk to my mom see if she can get him into that clinical trial there doing for stage 3 lung cancer and-" she pulls away her hands on his shoulders "Your mom is gorgeous and she deserves better anyway, and one day she'll met a great man." He smiles at her words and nods before they start walking again.
After School
"Alright that's great thank you mom, love you bye." Heaven hangs up smiling before getting out of the car and walking into the Art studio, the smell of paint and wood invading her nose. "Hey Cindy, are they here?" The purple haired 23 year old smiles and nods as Heaven walks towards the studio her heat racing. Walking into the room she sees a couple and there kid no older than maybe 7 sitting on the leather couch dresses in business suits, there son in a tux. "Hello you must the Anderson's?" The family stands and they shake hands with Heaven "Yes that's us you must the one who does the family portraits?" She smiles and says "I do all things art, photography, carvings, paintings anything you want I can do." "We wanted to do a family portrait and maybe some photos of me and my husband. I brought the clothes that well be wearing I'll go get them." She digs in her purse grabbing her keys before walking out of the room her son walking up to Heaven "Can you make posters, like cats and wrestlers?" She bends down to his level and whisperers "Yeah I can do you want one, I can do it for you." He smiles and looks up at his father who nods "Awesome!" Just as he's about to tell her the mom walks back in holding bags, the Husband grabbing them from her. "Alright are you guys ready?" Heaven asks grabbing her camera and adjusting the lens "Yes let's do the portrait before we change into our other clothes." After finishing with the families photos they hand her a check and she gets the sons idea for his poster before waving goodbye. Checking the time on her phone she sees that it's an hour till 7:00 so she plugs her phone into the sound system playing her Country playlist the first song being 'Jason Alden - Burnin' It Down' and starts working on the poster for the Anderson boy.
"I'm gonna head home Cindy, make sure to lock up when your done." She nods before looking at her computer as Heaven walks to her car turning on the radio, her subs pumping as she headed home. When she unlocked her front door she saw that the house was empty which meat that Hunger was probably with his friends doing God knows what. Heaven calls him and when he doesn't answer she texts his best friend Kayden who replies saying that there at his house and that he'll probably stay over because he's drunk. She rolls her eye saying to herself "Of course he is, although I can't say anything because when me and and a hungover Violet walked into the house around 3am he covered for us." As she says that her phone rings and she smiles when a picture of her and Cameron at the beach pop up "Hey baby what's up?" She asks and she hears music and voices overlapping each other "Nothing are you home?" She heads up to her room putting the phone on speaker as she turns on the shower "Yeah just got here why wanna come over?" She asks seductively "Yes I do, I'll be there soon." He hangs up and she smiles walking into her closet grabbing a pair of black lady underwear that have a pink bow on them along with the matching bra and stockings along with a robe and her black ankle strap red bottom heels. When she's out of the shower her hair still in a min because she didn't want to get it wet she quickly gets dressed when she hears a knock. As she opens the door she says "Hey bab-" she quickly stops talking when she sees Me. Valdez standing there.
